We were disappointed with the customer service we received today from one of the staff members at the restaurant. While the young girls working there were lovely and polite, we were unhappy with the quality of service we received. My partner requested a generous amount of cheese and beans on our potatoes, as that is how we prefer it, but one staff member responded with, "There's more than enough on there." When my partner offered to pay for extra toppings, the staff member continued to be rude, stating, "You can pay me extra, but I won't put any more on there" and "You asked for more last time and I didn't add any." We always enjoy the food at this restaurant, but this experience left us fee...
The shopping area spans two levels and features nearly every high street store you can imagine, along with a few extras. I visited on Tuesday morning, and it was pleasantly quiet, making for a relaxing stroll. Last week was much busier due to school term activities, so this visit felt quite different. The parking lot is spacious, including a multi-level parking garage. However, I found it unusual that the locations for disabled parking weren't very apparent; while they were clearly marked on the ground, there were no visible signs directing you to them. The best hamburger on earth, no one even close. The hamburger is juicy, delicious and of large portion, you can add what you like mayo, ketchup, lattice, pickles..ect the French fries is French and of generous portion as well. The have only refillable softdrinks, NO ICED TEA . The staff were super nice, the restaurant has enough seating to handle many customers at the same time. I recommend this restaurant for hamburger lovers, it is much similar to the branches in the states except the ICED TEA .
I would suggest avoiding this pork sandwich shop next to Asda Merryhill. I ate there on Monday, December 19, 2022, and experienced food poisoning within 12 hours. I have eaten there before without any issues, but this time something went wrong. I only ate from there and nowhere else, so it is clear where the issue came from. It was concerning to see uncooked joints of pork lying in a shopping trolley next to the counter when I was there. Réservez une table maintenant
This is a beautiful place to shop, whether you're with family and friends or enjoying some time alone. You can find both great bargains and designer items, or you can treat yourself to a spa day. I snapped some photos from the outside, and the colorful entrance is truly eye-catching. It's a wonderful shopping destination. I highly recommend the Merry Hill shopping center to everyone. I give it a 5 out of 5 stars!
I stopped by this restaurant while out shopping and decided to try their sandwich. It was made with pork, stuffing, and gravy on crusty bread and tasted heavenly. I would definitely recommend it to others. I think adding fries to the menu would be a great idea. The seating area is small but the staff were lovely and professional. I already know what I'll be ordering on my next visit.
it is a beautiful shopping center, a good selection of shops and kept clean. the food dish is busy, but there is always a table and there is a good selection of food counters next to the most fast eating. the layout can lose them and they do not have many cards that can become frustrating! look at the map on their handy before they are looking for a specific location!
