L'Effet Mer - Réserver une table

We noticed that the blackboard said l'Effet Mer had changed hands. We stopped going there a few years ago under the previous owners and were interested to see what has changed. We've always liked the location opposite the sea but slightly away from the centre...of St Pierre. The atmosphere is still as relaxing and the young couple who run the restaurant now are very welcoming. The menu is varied and they also do interesting looking tapas. The desserts are homemade and not run of the mill like some of the restaurants in the area. Good experience.

Burger was ok, prepared freshly. You can choose chips or potatoes as side dish. Goat cheese salad was ok too, if only we found no bug in it. Disgusting!

Accueil chaleureux ,rapide carte avec choix mais pas trop chargée plats simples mais très bon .je recommande.

Bonne ambiance, calme, peut-être cette année il sera ouvert pendant l'hiver, suivant le covid et les clients
