Too much cheese on the pizza. But the crust was perf! And our waiter was very nice and could speak english

Nice restaurant with good service and a menu that covers most tastes. It's in a nice small square and you can choose to sit both outside and inside. You will enjoy it.

Had wonderful service, great food and wine at a reasonable price. Proper French cuisine that tickled our taste buds!

The restaurant is located in an attractive plaza where one can take a seat to watch the world go buy. Arriving a little after 1900 we chose to eat outside and watch life going by on a Friday night. The eating area was very pleasant as was the surrounding architecture. However we found ourselves to be only one of three couples within quarter of an hour as the light faded so did the temperature - rapidly. I am sure we could have moved into the restaurant itself but decided to stay where we were.A word about the waiters. They couldn't have been more helpful and supplemented our poor French with pretty good English. They were attentive and quick with our drink orders. What lets this restaurant down was the food. We had two very bland an unmemorable starters that were clearly bought in and either served or heated and served. Our main courses were a disaster. We requested a steak and ordered it medium expecting it to be served in the European habit of half a grade underdone i.e. UK Medium Rare. What was served was 'well over' and frankly a tasteless piece of meat. What made it worse was that our other main dish was a salmon steak that matched that of the meat. The fish was dry, on the outside and had lost all flavour. It is my belief that the chef at that stage of the night was not really interested in serving a really good meal at the right time but prepared it where it sat under intense heating lights until we received it.Whilst we definitely enjoyed visiting Gap and will return, we will not visit this restaurant again preferring to try out one or two others which were packed at the time we were walking home.

Looking for anything from a simple coffee to a well presented lunch? This cafe/restaurant will not disappoint. Nice plats du jour plus an interesting 'carte'.

Had a glass of wine here as the location is great. Then decided to have dinner as menu looked good and bad reviews were mostly old. Excellent dinner from the daily 'menu'. Well cooked and presented, great service and value. Hard to fault.

The only positive thing I can find to say is that they have a beautiful dehors, in the sun, right next to an amazing pâtisserie - you can get your dessert there, just saying. The food was "whatever", the service was "whatever" and the prices were absolutely not justified.

We had dinner here last night (5 September). We had grilled bonita fish and tagliatelle with mussels. We ordered a half bottle of Vacqueyras wine (Chateau des Hautes Ribes). The grilled bonita with fresh mushrooms was outstanding. The tagliatelle dish was flavored with lemon, citronelle and curry and was delicious - too copious for one person. The wine was marvelous! The server was very friendly, interested in us and willing to share some about himself. All over, a great evening. Bill: 54 euros.
