C'est la deuxième fois que j'y viens, et jamais déçu. Grand parking pour camions, accueil sympa, et à signaler la tendresse de la viande, la cuisinière à su comprendre quand j'ai demandé la cuisson "saignant", spectaculaire simplement, je le recommande et j'y reviendrai
You always know a good lunchtime restaurant in France by the number of lorries parked outside! There were at least 10 huge juggernauts all parked. We needed somewhere for lunch and this restaurant was situated on the corner of the D25/RN21 and it was just there as we turned on to the RN21. Friendly service. 5 courses - soup, salad buffet, choice of main course, cheese, dessert, coffee and wine all for €13. Excellent value and quality.
J'ai visité ce restaurant après quelques années d'absence et encore une fois, l'expérience a été merveilleuse. Des ingrédients frais cuits à la perfection et merveilleusement présentés. Le personnel est chaleureux et sympathique avec un excellent service. Même le chef est venu nous dire bonjour. Je n'aurais rien à redire si j'essayais.
We haven't been to this restaurant for a couple of years and met up with some friends for Sunday lunch (about mid way between our two houses). We all had very good meals and enjoyed the food very much. The chef hasn't lost his touch. My wife and I had the langoustines in cocktail sauce with cabbage stuffed with crab as starters followed by selle d'agneau which was delicious. Our friends had starters of smoked trout and tartare of cooked oxtail followed by magret de canard and vegetables. We had either cheese selection or deserts to follow with coffees. A very pleasant way to spend Sunday lunch.
Loved our meal here. Waiting Staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Also happy to put up with my poor French and help me by speaking a bit of English. The food and wine were absolutely amazing. Can't really point out anything wrong except the decor inside is very dated but when you have a lovely outside eating space that's really not so important. Can't wait to come back!
