il serait facile de rater cet endroit, car il y a un magasin de ski près des remontées mécaniques, au bord de la ville. mais destiné à visiter. le menu comprenait à la fois une cuisine savoyarde traditionnelle et des plats principaux intéressants. etions coincés. le côté traditionnel était ferme et il y avait un excellent repas aux pierres chaudes et à la raclette. une carte des vins variée et abordable. le service était très sympathique et efficace. nous avions une réservation à 19 heures et étions les seuls à être présents. pendant environ 5 minutes. puis plusieurs groupes sont arrivés et l'ambiance était très belle. un bon endroit pour un petit ou un grand groupe à Grandbo
I brought our sons here for a well deserved lunch at the end of our ski week and to celebrate their ski awards. There is a sunny terrace but this is for drinks only - lunch is inside up the stairs in the pleasant dining room (if wearing ski boots watch out for the slippery floor.) The staff were very friendly and the food absolutely delicious - the menu is excellent value, the portions generous and delicious and we had a lovely time. The children had the parmentier canard and I had the supreme of chicken - they then had lemon tart and profiteroles for dessert.
Unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so we did not experience staying there. However we ate in the restaurant one evening, and it was so good we ate there the next night as well.Very reasonable "Menu du Jour" for dinner, and extensive a la carte. The food was VERY good, and a good selection of wine.
