Having passed this place many times we finally paid a visit - food is authentic and good - service is very good - nice friendly clean place.

It's in a nice parade of restaurants many of which were closed this time of year. Pleasant looking in the inside and friendly service, the lady spoke good English. They specialise in Vietnamese. The curry tasted a bit like cheap powdered curry sauce but was tasty nonetheless. All the food was well cooked, not mind blowing but pretty good. The friendliness of the service took it from a 3 to a 4 star. Nice to see someone looking to improve the experience by smiling and having some appropriate rapport with customers.

my wife and I decided to visit le gray du roi whil in nimes. we were on the way to a paved restaurant scene in the city. we have passed a small sign that Asian restaurant said. we have read the menu and liked it. young, I am happy. we both had the 18 euro 3 cursformel. my wife chose the beginning as I chose the ha ko. the steamed barked dumplings were the best I ever had and I ate them i from hong kong to new yorks chinatown. the nems were also excellent. my wife had a touching frit with chickens and black mushrooms. it was wonderful. my thai garnelen curry was in order. we had started with an order of rouleaux de printemps. they were excellent, but I think the sauce would have been improved by adding some fish sauce. we both had the flaming banana dessert. it was good. with half a liter of good rose and a coffee was the bill 51 euro.

I manage a holiday in the grey du roi and I do not recommend this restaurant! have had some bad meal times, but that must be in one of my top tens! friendly service, but completely unorganized, everything has just so long and funny thing. there were only 2 tables, we didn't get in a hurry, but it was bad. when the food came, it was just terrible and, the sauces were all watered or so and all the dishes of the 1st. kurs had this microwave look and taste - we realized at this point that there was something bad about this place. after a good hour and a bottle of wine to pass the time came the lead. uneatable, how can a restaurant serve such craps, I find it embarrassing, not only for them, but the fact that the gray du roi is a tourist destination. the rice was over boiled and looked just like glue, while the dishes where all uneatable. with this MSG look and taste. it was bad, but to a point that my dinner guests told me that I complain and refuse to pay for it. not the type! the three of us could not eat our meal and we all complained that it was bad- really bad, the proof was in teller before us - I asked for the message to be transferred to the boss/manager and show him what had been served us - perhaps he should taste what he served us. No one came-kein who was informed by the look 30 minutes after eating looked after the caressed, I asked after having paid. the big going guy is 108 euro after he doesn't even apologize for why or how this chef happens. when they eat asain food before they will not only hate it, but they will have the fall that has just been torn down. close to being in my opinon and fair I will call them today to tell them that I have left them this commentary and that I will not send resort guests and friends in this restaurant.
