We enjoyed the meal at this restaurant, but the only downside was the discretionary service charge added to the bill. I complimented the staff on the food and left a tip without realizing that a service charge was already included. I believe the service charge should not be automatically added to the bill, and if customers receive good service, they should have the choice to show their appreciation through a tip. Trust in your workers to provide good service. We enjoy dining here, but this issue needs to be addressed. Removing the charge from the bill is a simple fix.
My wife and I called in to the HN Champagne Bar for a glass of champagne and cocktails in the early afternoon. Their own brand champers is excellent so said Sally) and I opted for a Cosmopolitan good too) followed by a Bramble gin with Bramvle liqueur even better than the Cosmo) Well worth a visit to savour the atmosphere and people watch! They have bar snacks too if you fancy a light bite to eat. Champers is £11 a glass and the cocktails around £10 Go and spoil yourselves life’s too short not too!!
I took a break from my Christmas shopping at this hidden gem of a bar. I didn’t know what to expect, but the service here truly lived up to the Harvey Nichols standard I have had at other HN stores. The staff are so friendly and helped me choose food and also recommended cocktails. If you’re out and about in Liverpool it’s is definitely worth stopping in whether you’re on your own or with a group of friends. Thanks WOW bar!
Visited for lunch today. My friend I shared the vegetarian deli platter. Absolutely delicious! Beautifully presented and really tasty. We both have small appetites so sharing was perfect. The staff were lovely, especially Nikki the bar manager. Nice ambience and a classy place in the centre of Liverpool 1 for a bite to eat or a glass of bubbly. Would definitely recommend. The restaurant had a beautiful atmosphere, the staff were excellent, and the drinks were fabulous. I stayed for two drinks, and the first one was particularly enjoyable. An added bonus was being able to pick up some shopping through click and collect. The experience was flawless from start to finish. Thank you!
My friend and I went for birthday cocktails the WOW bar is a little bit of much needed lady like splendour ! Espresso martini deeeelightful, peach bellini dreeeamy and of course prosecco a plenty. We had a lovely time served by a bow tied bartender all very lovely. Sumptuous and very happy making.
