If you have a certain age and were lucky to visit the small town of France in the late 1990s and early 2000s, you will undoubtedly remember the humble pleasure of the menu Touristik, a prix fixed offer of basic but lovingly prepared Fayre... found in many a restaurant and always attractive to 150 Franc for 3 courses. In the coming years, the progress march has also reached Les Villages and such offers are only a few to far between. This restaurant is a real backdrop, it can not cost 150 francs (this is a ski resort), but the rest of the experience is there.

Dined here during our last Easter ski tour to La Plagne. We got over when we went through the big business in the evening. It's very small, like a front room. Food and service was excellent and we are very glad that we found this little jewel of a place. Will be here on our next trip to La Plagne.

We looked at this restaurant for our last visits to La Plagne, but for some reason this is the first visit. The children had the menu enfant, at the age of 6 11, and the portions were huge. Spag Bol and chicken nuggets were blown up. The adults had Croziflette and Boeuf of Menu de Soir the former was stunning, but both were delicious. The service was woken. So a relaxed evening. Many sniper with the front of House/Koch about the fact that France Angleterre on the Rugby (but in a very beautiful way). They appreciate our pigeons French and the restaurant generally made for a very nice mother's day. Will definitely return as one of our La Plagne favorites

I had the set 3 course menu and enjoyed every mouthful. Pate followed by peppercorn steak and finished with Crème caramel. Good service also

A group of four of us recently went for dinner at L'Estaminet whilst on a ski trip. We had pre booked and walked past a few larger restaurants that on first glance looked to be better and interesting than this very unassuming and small restaurant....I'm so pleased that we went with this restaurant . The husband and wife owners are so welcoming and are fantastic hosts. The food was equally wonderful and we all enjoyed a lovely traditional meal and great wine. We shared the meat fondue and racelette which we really enjoyed. I would definitely recommend.
