Great restaurant near the church. Excellent value for money. I had the steak (order steak as if you are in England not France medium means medium not raw) and my wife had the duck for mains and Cafe gourmand and Creme Brulee for desert. The Creme Brulee is to die for. Really friendly staff would go back any time.
We sat down at 1.40 pm after being ignored in typical old fashioned Gallic style for 5 minutes we asked for a menu and was told it was too late , why they did not say anything earlier I am not sure . However the pub / restaurant next the Drakkar were open and served good food
Great spot just next to the cathedral in a square which is being refurbished and will be a nice place for a drink in the warmer evenings. The restaurant is contemporary and fresh looking (loo clean), the staff well organised and on top of things considering it was packed on Easter Sunday when we stopped for lunch. The menu is simple but tasty. I had a salad with local goats cheese wrapped in very tasty smoked bacon. The charcuterie plates looked very generous. Desserts looked good too but we didn't indulge. Enormous quantities of chips with everything but if you are hungry what's wrong with that. Good value and unpretentious.
