Everything about this place was way beyond our expectations and very conveniently located in the center.I went there with my french husband and his family and all five of us were highly impressed with the quality of the food. Not to mention the lovely layout of the place with a courtyard and the outstanding service.My husband and I had already been to fine dining places in burgundy including "l'amarylis" near Chalons sur saone but their 3 course lunch menu served by Vincent Croizard for 28 euros cannot be beaten.This restaurant is a must go for anyone visiting Nimes!Congratulations to Vincent Croizard and his team!
We can totally recommend Restaurant Vincent Croizard to any diners looking for a top quality dining experience. Both the stylish restaurant and the lovely patio areas are beautifully decorated, both charming and relaxing. The food is absolutely delicious and so uniquely and beautifully presented. Lovely glassware, china and silver cutlery add to the sense of occasion. We were served by two charming young women who spoke English to us when our French faltered. We will be returning again and again to this very special place and can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.
delicate, mind-breaking french dishes, the hosts are nice and polite. they change the knife and spoon for every dish. the rose picture is such touching that i will not forget. decorates are various from bottles to small items. i ate myself but i enjoyed form starter to main to dessert. and it's not expensive. it is a surprise for me that in a small city nimes, i can have such a mysterious experience. unforgetable.
One cannot help but be impressed with everything that is done so well at this establishment. First class on all counts. The service is exceptional - attentive, knowledgeable, efficient. The ambiance is superb - indoor and outdoor choices - both beautifully set. But the food eclipses all other aspects - magnificent. My choices were a starter of an exquisite Spanish sausage served over a caremelized leek spread (delicious) and a main of lamb so tender it melted in one's mouth. Many choices of both seafood and meat dishes (and vegetarian). Well prepared, creative and served in portions that are just right. Highly recommend and cannot wait for our own return.
