the authenticity of the places, dishes, patterns, wines should placate to the wise people. incredible dishes served with natural wines and with kindness

In the absence of being frankly packed at first sight, the premises that house the restaurant have a lot of cachet and fit the spirit of the house. On the kitchen, nothing to say....everything is perfectly executed with more or less interet according to the tastes of each but I had frankly never eaten from veal as remarkablely prepared. The welcome that can surprise first of all turns out to be very friendly, fare side nothing to say if it is that the wine can actually increase the addition but the cellar is remarkable and it is still not the fault of the taulier if its customers drink as holes!

I found this restaurant sort of by accident, in a random listing which didn't have a lot of information about the place. I was just looking for a restaurant near our airbnb and when this name popped up I just booked. Little did I know it's a real Parisian institution, having been here for 25years, and reputedly a place where Parisian chefs go to when they want a no fuss, traditional and outstanding meal. Hey, if it's good enough for Parisian chefs, it's good enough for us. We chose the lamb in bone and fish, with a chocolat fondant dessert to share. Our white wines (apparently they were one of the first restaurants in Paris to start serving organic wines) were excellent. It's a little bit out of the way, in the 20th, and on a Saturday it was PACKED so be sure to book a table in advance!

restaurant located in a small street..The reception is rather warm. The dishes are good attention not to go too late because we have less choice but it is to be done!

Recommended by the Hotel Scarlett and pleased we listened. Genuine French establishment with excellent choices. It was a Saturday night and we had no booking but they squeezed us in. It is a popular place and when we left at 10pm, they were still completely full. Surprising find in an area with a heavy ethnic influence. Mid range price wise and certainly worth it.

The heart of Belleville. Very rustic (in the right sense of the term).Plats of good quality. At this moment a lot of fish-based dishes.Vbetween tuna very tasteful as well as the veal well cooked. Wine card, expensive as almost everywhere in Paris, less expensive to 39€.For pulp and wine entry it takes 50-60€In total: one eats wellnote : 8/10
