We had dinner twice at this restaurant and we were not disappointed. The food was tasty and abundant. We very much liked the beer on tap.

We were with friends who were visiting Alsace for the first time. In Ribeauvillé we looked at several restaurants before deciding to eat here, and we were very well pleased with the food, the service and the ambiance. We would come here again.

This is probably one of the good restaurant to have local french food. Staff is quite friendly and food is delicious.

The staff were really friendly. You should try anything with the regional munster cheese! I tried a piece of the Italian pizza (Margerete) and for a French restaurant it was good. But anything French was great!

A great restaurant with both French & German food. The staff was very friendly and very patient with our limited French. I highly recommend the escargot!

My husband and I were recently in Ribeauville for the second time this year and we had occasion to stop for dinner at Restaurant l'Arbalete. The atmosphere was energetic, but inviting. The food was very generously proportioned and well prepared. I had ham with potatoes and vegetables and my husband had a ham gratin dish made with local cheese. We washed our dinners down with a local wine.Service was warm and friendly and the prices were reasonable. They were also very willing to pack up our leftovers for us so we could finish them later. Otherwise, we would have wasted a lot of food. Portion sizes are generous. Looks to be very kid friendly, too, though we didn't have kids with us. We'd visit again.

I ate here on Easter and enjoyed the atmosphere and the service. This seems a family friendly place frequented by regular customers. Service was swift and kind. The menu and wine list are adequate but not adventurous The food was good, not earth shattering, but prepared well. I would eat here again.

One of the few restaurants in Ribeauville open outside of the season.The choucroute garnie was excellent, huge portion with a lot of meat and tasty choucroute.However, the pizza was a local rendering resembling more like a quiche.Very friendly staff, with a sense of humour.Not very expensive, good value for money.
