Virkelig skønt hotel i fantastiske omgivelser. Meget smilende, personlig, imødekommende og nærværende betjening/service fra hotels ejer. Gode anbefalinger til udflugter i nærmiljøet. Super lækker morgenmad serveret på hotellets terrasse. Familieværelse til fem personer nyrenoveret med dejlig udsigt over hotellets have. Virkelig et skønt sted med fantastisk beliggenhed og super venligt personale.

We ate here twice on holiday in the space of a week. The freshly prepared food is delicious and satisfying if a little limited in choice. What makes a difference is being able to eat in the lovely grounds of the hotel. A little further out from the main centre of Ruoms, but easy enough to walk to.

very beautiful house in the center of town of ruoms, with a very friendly staff, we ate very well in the evening, the rooms are very beautiful, impeccable cleanliness.

service adventurous and pleasant dinner on the terrace overlooking the park. infrastructure is being renovated but it's not embarrassing. good local cuisine, light and tasty. A expensive hair.

we were allowed to enjoy with friends 2 nights in the le savel. a beautiful small and very personally guided hotel located in the middle of a park.The rooms are wonderful, simple and with love to detail. the breakfast a dream, especially if it can be enjoyed on the terrace. source belle vie, early in the morning! the day around the house, incl own access to the ardèche enjoy or explore the wonderful environment. It's all wonderful. we also enjoyed the diner in the le savel. with wine recommendation from stefi, the directrice. regionality is written large. compliment. a bijou en ardèche. so - we'll be back.

limited but excellent map. possibility of menu of the day or on the map. simple but delicious dishes, cooked with quality products. the end fat of the mezenc, which we had the chance to discover because in the good season, is a marvel! desserts are also very good, our favorite maroon/coffee tiramisu. reasonable prices for the quality of the dishes served and the service. Anyway, an excellent address.

very beautiful setting, the restaurant room is both intimate and offers the luxury of a beautiful old house, with simple but very refined dishes. we enjoyed the atmosphere and quality of the products. very good value for money, very affordable.
