a very pleasant welcome, while remaining sober. menus that do not scatter but remain balanced. very nicely presented plates. and to finish, essential, taste, very refined. The cooking of the calf was perfect, the tender meat. foie gras with a homemade apricot bread were delicious. desserts were original and excellent: special mentions for the "white eating" that delighted my mom and the watermelon/cactus assortment (I didn't even know it was eating.) that surprised my dad.
accustomed to the restaurant for lunches and business dinners, came together at night. and as usual, meals served quickly, discreet boss, pleasant. good wine map. gastro meal without looking for extravagance but with nevertheless originality and always very well prepared dishes. quiet place, pleasant setting. never disappointed, the establishment strongly recommended.
we came to taste the new concept of the young chef trained in starry establishments (the area of lighthouse, the atmosphere, the urinary terraces) and are surprised by the quality of the presentation and the freshness of the products. the menu of the day is always at 23 €: ex: rolled with herb-paned chicken followed by a fin with small vegetables or exceptional tab with assortments. The choice of desserts revisited: melba peach, pineapple and yogurt ice cream, châtaigne tiramisu and the chartreuse ice cream and the melting historical chocolate! atmosphere, presentation and flavors worthy of a gastro!
