the welcome of the boss this Saturday evening of October is as friendly as dynamic. There's no crowd and it's a euphemism. which makes the room fairly sad and bit, with activity it must be more pleasant. The relative animation comes from the entrance to the bar.We command kirs to the wall as good as small. The following pounti is one of the best I've ever eaten. Then two aligots are accompanied by local sausage for one and ham from country for the other. The cutters are perfect, the texture of the dish is also correct but it lacks taste, neutral.The two demis are served under the limit of the 25cl, damage. Medieval is our 3rd restaurant tested in saint flour. It's not the least good.

we ate there late June 2016 and really the boss like his waitress, not the extra young waiter who doesn't rush, doesn't do much, are great. It changes from Geneva where you can eat very good things for a reasonable price. Perfect service, convenient, really it changes from Geneva where you don't find huge glass tips to stifle you. nothing to see and really much more sympathetic. We'll go back with pleasure. really, the nicest in Saint-Flour, not a tourist trap unlike many in Saint-Flour and made home, it changes and it is worthwhile.
