Expensive, with an equally expensive wine list but so worth it. Such a shame that the exterior dining area is just deck over looking the pond with unattractive and inefficient mosquito grills forming a short of cage. Also the tables and chairs were not chic but rather basic, like you might find in a school or canteen and this distracted from the experience of fine dining. The food was excellent and updated French classic such as a foie gras brûlée on a plate of wonderful foie gras served three different ways. My risotto of camargue rice was one of the best I've eaten. The pudding was competent but it was obvious this is not a pastiierie chef. Lunch was also very good, light and fresh.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights at the Mas de la Fouque Hotel and we had the breakfast and the dinner included. For our 2 dinners, we had a great experience. The food was particularly good. The chef is very creative and cooks really good dishes. The first night, my husband had the risotto. He thought that it was a really good dish of rice, but not a real risotto. Then he chose the assortment of cheese which was very good. And as for me, I chose the lamb which was very tasty and the chocolate/mango dessert. It was so good! The mix of chocolate and mango was perfect! Before we began eating our dinner, they brought us some amuse-bouche (very tasty) and after dinner some candies/mini cakes! The service was really perfect. For our second dinner, the meal was excellent too!At breakfast, the buffet had a really great choice of everything! Eggs, hams and such, smoked salmon, breads, homemade preserves, cakes, pancakes, creps, fruits...Highly Recommended Restaurant!

Setting is beautiful, decoration is industrial/trendy. Menu is good and food quality is excellent. Service is friendly but with a few issues, which is a bit of a shame for the price tag. Value for money 4/5.

In the middle of the wetland and surrounded by white and black swans with a view on the grazing Camargue horses, this restaurant worth the trip. The tables are scattered on a very large terrace next to the swimming pool and the water surrounding the restaurant. The menu for the lunch is focusing on local products which is good to take advantage to taste, as we usually do, when we are in a different and exceptional place. Tapas and Bull carpaccio and to follow a huge steak of beef which was absolutely delicious, steamed peace of wild salmon and lobster spaghettis.Dessert: sublime tarte Tatin with crème fraiche and vanilla ice cream.

People complaining about this place don't know how to eat, period. The food was really excellent. The deserts are Worth the trip alone. It could (should) definitly get a michelin star. I guess it comes more down a political reason / small wine choice than on the food.

An appealing menu of local foods all prepared with distinction. Imagine sitting in the natural environment of the Camargue wetlands with fabulous food as swans float by and horses graze. Friendly and attentive staff. Enjoy an aperitif poolside and then go in the screened in dining area. The tapas starter plate was overwhelming and the bull steaks delicious, topped off with desserts that are only matched at the finest Parisian establishments. Don't miss this if you're looking for a unique dining experience!

The restaurant is well worth a visit. The menu offers a very nice selection of starters (Dorade Royal come un Maki is a must !), variants of fish and meat as well as desserts. During our 10-day stay in the hotel I think we tasted pretty much everything from starters and mains and we have to say that everything was close to perfection in cooking and presentation. Before every meal you get served an amuse bouche of course as you would expect in a restaurant of this class. The wine list offers a good selection of French wines and has not left us missing anything during our stay. Prices for the dishes and wines are ok for what you get but obviously, if you are looking for a cheap meal on a budget, you should probably look elsewhere.

We were a group of 17, had had many phone calls to reserve and then found ourselves seated at a conference table 2,50m wide, impossible to talk to person across. This was sorted after much arguing which spoiled the mood. The food was ok but very very overpriced. I find it indecent to charge 24 € for a plate of pasta for a child. The adults had unimaginative dishes, 4 sprouts of asparagus for 20€ and an over cooked monk fish for 30 :(Sorry, other than the pretty environment and polite staff nothing speaks for this restaurant.
