As soon as you arrive you feel really good... due to the warm welcome from the waiters, the setting: port of Solenzara in front of you and away from the hustle and bustle of the center, a super well-equipped children's corner to be able to enjoy even longer your meal lol the menu is varied enough to “still” have the assurance of quality. The Milanese escalopes were good and plentiful on the plate..lol.. The children's menus too (photos). Everything remains affordable in price. Whether you come in a group of friends as a couple with or without children, this place adapts to you so that your moment is successful! I will come back with pleasure
La Fonderie serves high-quality Corian and French dishes using local ingredients in a beautiful atmosphere. The cannelloni, filled with spinach and brocciu (Corian sheep 's cheese) in a fruity tomato sauce, is a poem. The Fondant au Chocolat is one of the best I 've ever tasted, but the vanilla ice cream with it is the absolute crowning glory.
On est là pour dîner. La plupart des invités sont des locaux qui sont toujours un bon signe. C'était très occupé, mais ils l'ont très bien géré. Donc le service était super amical et bon. La nourriture et les boissons ont été excellentes. À côté de la nourriture, ils font aussi de beaux cocktails. On y retournera.
