This restaurant is located in Sélestat’s historical center, near the Catholic Church. The sign is small and not exactly eye-catching, so watch out for it. It also has a double door, which made us think that the restaurant was closed, while it wasn’t. Inside, it’s modernly furnished, in somber lines and colors. The menu has mainly “galettes”, buckwheat omelettes, both savory and sweet. But they also so salads and other stuff. I had the “popeye” galette, with spinach, cheese, ham and egg. My husband had one with tuna, tomato and cheese (don’t remember the name). We were served quickly, and portions are generous. My galette was packed with cheese and spinach, the dough was crispy while the filling was very soft. the egg was well cooked, maybe the yolk was a bit overcooked, but the dish was good altogether. My husband also liked his omelette. We had two sodas and a coffee, and spent 25,20€.
