ordered online for delivery at 5.30, .5.45 still waiting so tried phoning received a message stating mailbox was full so could not take our call.,had no other way to contact so patiently waited.About 5.50 )20 mins late) delivery arrived, no apology whilst we specified the order was to be left on our doorstep they were to just knock go, the delivery guy decided to wait hand us our now cold food he had no mask. By now the food was cold uneatable. emailed this was ignored, ,so tells you all you all you need to know about this company.My best advice is to avoid
It costs more too order on line for collection than to pop in they turn the phone off so you have to do this over 22% more expensive than if I went to the to door to order, I could do this but they sell out of a lot of things so I like to check and order before I rock up. There is also on most occasions something wrong with my order. I have paid over £60 from there mistakes and unclear pricing
Just had a veggie nuggets, vegan burger, vegan sausage vegan chips, topped off with Irish vegan curry sauce from Clock Tower. It was out of this world! Would definitely recommend this as an alternative to just fish chips. Ordered online and came on time so no problems there. Keep up the good work Clock Tower.
Last night, we ordered fish and chips and pie and chips for delivery. Unfortunately, the fish was incredibly greasy and I couldn't even eat it. Our experiences with the Clocktower have been inconsistent - while it has been good four times for us, it has also been very greasy twice now. Réservez une table maintenant
