I don 't have much experience of takeaway pizza places but was impressed by number 22 vegetarian delight at £12 for two medium pizzas (collect price). The pizzas were freshly made, so I had to wait around 10 minutes. They don 't seem to accept cards at the shop but do online. The area around Borough tube station is still a dump despite the number of 'luxury ' blocks of flats everywhere: empty of people at night, with few places to eat in or from (unless you go towards Borough market and London Bridge), despite the number of 'luxury ' blocks of flats everywhere.
Avoid at all costs due to extremely extremely extremely rude staff! I called to try and resolve an issue and was sworn at and belittled. I’m completely disgusted by the level of unprofessionalism displayed here I’ve never experienced such aggression by someone in the service industry and I’m surprised they’re still in business if that’s how they speak to their customers
Not impressed with the service, twice upon ordering on the phone and collecting my pizza they have put the wrong toppings on my pizzas. Also not much point of ordering on the phone as half the time I go there I still have to wait 15 minutes to collect my pizza as they haven't started making it!
The prices are good, the food was cooked near perfection, also I had a long talk with the staff about why they’ve had so many bad reviews about customer service. Turns out the customers were very rude, don’t believe everything you see on the internet and treat people with respect. Réservez une table maintenant
Frankly I'm surprised this place is on TripAdvisor. Everything about this place is clichéd, from the offering to the rudeness of the staff to the inevitable inebriation of the clientele. And therein lies its charm. When you're out of your head drunk, give this place a go.
