Mohan Tandoori - Réservation de table

So when you order a meal from the Mohan restaurant and they forget to bring one of the dishes you have ordered. Then you phone and explain and they say it is your own fault you didn’t order it even though you have the email with the order. They then realise they are talking about a difference address even though they have never asked you for your address. They say they will send it but then It’s suggested that maybe it should be taken off the bill as it their fault. Money refunded and check it is being delivered. If I could give 0 stars I would. We arrived and there were no customers yet when we asked for a table they looked at us blankly and said we might fit you in. We should have left then but unfortunately we stayed. We ordered the food and when it arrived it was shocking. All of it weird strange colours and some had clearly been heated in the microwave! We told the waiter that the food didn’t taste nice and the waiter told us that maybe we had “drunk too much alcohol to know any better” We were extremely shocked by this comment and asked for the bill. This was awful, I had started a main and a side, every dish tasted the same, as if they had a big pot of one sauce, and added the relevant meat/veg into that sauce and adjusted the chili powder level as appropriate. Followed by really bad customer service towards the end of the dinner when we were settling the bill, the waiter stood by the table as we all calculated the split between us, it felt intrusive as we were calculating money on the table and he was right in front of us all.

This restaurant was one of the worst we've experienced. We felt very unwelcome and the staff lectured us about being 10 minutes late in arriving. The food was oily and the drink glasses smelled bad. We were asked to leave multiple times. If they didn't have time to serve us, why did they take our order in the first place? The service was horrendous. This restaurant used to be a 5-star favorite of mine, but their prices have skyrocketed recently. I've been a loyal customer for over a decade, but I can no longer justify the high costs. The food is still good, but with so many new competitors in Stevenage, price and quality are key factors now.

Just had 2 Kormas delivered and its the worst korma we've ever eaten it looks and tastes like its come out of a tin and is not even like an Indian Korma sauce, disappointing

There is no question that this is one of the best. Mo is a true gentleman. The food is first class. The service is first class. The best I've had.
