Went this morning through drive through this morning for breakfast, waited 10 minutes for food in car park. Then proceeded to drive home to eat, where we found half the order was missing. Rang restaurant to complain but could not refund over phone so had to travel all the way back. Argument with the manager as would only refund half of it, told to contact office to get full refund, which I did to be told have to go back to restaurant again to get full refund as they can’t do. Left and right hand don’t seem to know the protocol, they obviously realise that people won’t both. All in all a waste of 25£ after all this left with a load of cold food, with only less than half money back. Was offere...
