Very small place in an uninteresting neighborhood, but worth the effort. Excellent service, excellent food, good wine list, almost homely atmosphere. Not cheap but fair. A place we hope to come back to.

Our reservation was made by the hotel reception team via answerphone and so we were a little uncertain whether there would be actually be a table for us on Saturday night. Fortunately, all was well when we arrived at opening time. This cosy restaurant soon filled up and later on, our romantic interlude was somewhat overwhelmed by a larger group which relocated to our area from elsewhere within the room. This is an intimate restaurant, ideal for a special occasion. There are also tables available outside the front, across the pavement from the entrance.Generally, we enjoyed the ambience as well as the excellent, classic food. We would definitely return here if visiting Toulon again.

Perfect place for an haute cuisine dinner. Each dish from the restaurant's tiny menu (3 entrees, 3 mains) is the very exclusive creation, which made of seasonal and best quality products. Friendly service and cozy atmosphere. Impressive list of wines. Probably, the best place for "special occasion" meals in Toulon.

Everything is perfect, they have prompt service, the food is glorious. It is a little place, so it is better to make reservations. Very cozy.

An excellent meal in a lovely restaurant in Mourillon. Sublime dining experience, from the delicious puy lentil and mushroom amuse-bouche to my coffee, you could not fault this place. Two of us ate there and with three glasses of wine it came to 120 euros, so not cheap but for a special occasion it fits the bill.

Here for the Toulon Wasps match, again, and simply had to visit this superb family restaurant, again. Deserves a Michelin star or two. Wonderful welcome, great service and food that says "enjoy me"! Lovely.

Toulon is awash with great places to eat - even the relatively simple venues deliver a quality that is hard to find back in the UK. Table Comptoir is tucked away in the back streets of Toulon with maybe 16 covers. It is intimate - so when five of us guys arrived having been to watch Toulon play rugby, the atmosphere did change somewhat. Most diners were couples enjoying romantic meals together. We chose the set three course 42 euro menu. The asparagus and egg salad starter was sublime and the description didn't do it justice. Main course was mouthwatering fish with accompanying vegetables but the creative twist delivered a taste sensation. The medley of desserts was also delicious. This was fine French dining and the extensive wine list supported the restaurants foodie credentials. We had a thoroughly enjoyable meal but the atmosphere was a tad stilted due to the intimacy of the place. But the food was exceptional.
