It's a quality hotel with very nice rooms especially now that it's renovated. It has great breakfast, pool to swim a nice kitchen and a warm atmosphere!

As usual whenever I come for business in Sophia Antipolis area, I always stay at Mercure. However, understanding that high demand during the time I visit might degraded the some of the good services i used to have. On my first night stay, i expected a single bed but I have got the double bed with not much choice. The liquid soap in the bathroom was almost empty and it was empty like that for few days, extremely less choice of bathroom kits. I need to go and ask them for liquid soap refill. Most of the thing stay as it is with less replenishment ( stay self sufficient I would say ;) ). Staff are very helpful and friendly. Parking lots can sometime hard to find as Big buses could sometime occupied the area. Onlu one bottle of Drinking water is provided until the last day of your stay. Overall, I would say it's not too bad for the stay, but the hotel need to be well aware of other hotel in the same vicinity that are currently offer more better service.

First time I tried it was closed (at 9 or 10 in the evening). Second time - buffet only. They did have an A La Carte menu but only one side (the nothing side) was on; the other was off. So I had some Boeuf Bourguignon and rice. Absolutely filthy; fat and gristle; the sauce vile and tasteless; the rice sticky and sweet. So I tried the potato salad. Disgusting. An adequate glass of white wine and some sparkling water that was, at least, cold. Other eaters made faces in sympathy; they clearly agreed with my expression. A fat lady at the next table had dessert and gestured to me to give it a miss. I left. The worst meal I have ever had in France (in 72 years though I admit I cannot remember the first half dozen or so). Avoid.

It is close to specific business centers and only a few hotels are so close. It is very nice, clean, with amazing breakfast.Service is also very good. However, I consider it very expensive and it should be renovated soon to fit standards for this price.
