Gibson's - Réservation de table

Eating here for the first time was amazing! We had zero problems with anything, and the service was quick. The staff was all very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to use a reserved table when the others were taken after a long day in York. The prices were very reasonable and they also had a good vegetarian and vegan menu available. The only downside was that the seating and drinking areas were not separated, so there were people standing very close to us, which was a bit overwhelming. Overall, a great dining experience!

Amazing bar. Now does delicious food, including many vegan options. There is wise selection of drinks, including beers, ciders, spirits and their 2 for £6 cocktails go down a treat. The decor is alternative playing grunge and rock music but tasteful enough to bring even my prudent mother who loved the nice and frequently atmosphere.

The staff at this restaurant is top-notch. They are super friendly and clearly enjoy their work. The food is also excellent. Plus, if you're a fan of rock music like me, you'll feel right at home here. I highly recommend stopping in when you're in York.

nice eating, friendly staff, great atmosphere. loses a star for inserting a piece of paper between waffel and the wood template that served it on that became soggy and firm on the waffel. Réservez une table maintenant

Great place, great drinks, great atmosphere, and earlier in the day great food too! Love this place been coming here for 10 years (used to be under a different name)

Fabulous place serving great drinks and fabulous food. I was beaten by a side of amazing chunky fries. The things were enormous!!
