On a bike trip, we stopped in this restaurant for lunch attracted by the nice terrace. We had the day's menu, with Caprese salad as starters and seawolf as mains. Everything was fine but not outstanding. Service was very friendly. As often, excellent value for money for lunch. All in all, decent food in a nice setting.

Wonderful ambiance and nice and authentic French food. Very friendly staff. We had 2 perfect entrecotes, nice frogs legs and a cheese dish. Salads were great too and deserts a perfect finish. Fresh raspberries from the region. All with good house wine. Water and bread were given without asking. Lovely night.

The Mère Mounier restaurant is with no doubt one of the best place to have lunch or dinner in Lyon.

une cuisine de terroir sans prétention mais d'excellente qualité. un accueil très chaleureux. une pièce qui ne parvient pas à être trop forte même quand elle est bien remplie. un restaurant à conseiller sans hésitation.
