"We've never had that before! Two reviews within a week. But how could we also imagine that today we would be squandering the Dutch again? Since we have not been able to feed here last week, this assessment follows immediately after. It was a long odyssey, because as part of the exploration of our local environment, Willingen and Korbach were on the plan today. Willingen surprised us with lively life, full streets, open shops and a restaurant next to the other. I was surprised because shopping is possible in Willingen on JEDEM Sunday! Only we were too early to take our lunch here. So it went on to Korbach to get there somewhere. And here we experienced the whole opposite. All dead! And huge construction sites also did not invite to dwell. It was hardly a person to see. So slowly it became critical with a lunch meal. We escaped the Wetterburg near Bad Arolsen and made us disappear. But a shooter's party prevented our passing. Although we tried to get to the place in another way, here too was locked. I was hungry and I was slowly insulting! Okay, Bad Arolsen is a cat jump, and time is outrageous. Various gastronomy we have reached/started, but all had kitchen only until 14:00 or 14:30. In the brewhouse we were late at 13:55! At the end of the song we remembered that there was a warm kitchen in the Dutch, so we returned there. Last weekend there was such a company that we had a lunch. But we'd be here so fast to do the Shoarma project, we wouldn't have thought. In this respect: well made with the consistently warm kitchen! This time we took space in the guest room, because today it was a little uncomfortable outside. Last weekend in the beer garden, we had read in the menu that the waiting time for the food can be shortened well with a bliss of interior decoration. And that's right. There is a lot to see here, cuddly diceed, but not overcrowded! Here's a broken Schellackboard on the wall, there are photos by Oliver Hardy and Stan Laurel. The chairs were very comfortable! The light incident alone was a bit gloomy, why the photos didn't succeed, and I still have to give a small impression even an unsharp photo. My sweetheart has been on the soup trip for some time and ordered exclusively a tomato soup, which in the service really created a tomato soup. Yes, really! My Shoarma was already planned! I was now allowed to choose between half a dozen supplements, and I loved the roast potatoes, but Pommes really fit best. It wasn't on the program because of Dutch döner. It took a small but not unpleasant place, and we got our order brought to the table. Tomato soup there were a few slices of white bread and two kinds of butter! And my Shoarma plate quoll over me already knew I wouldn't do it! In addition to the Pommes there was also a small salad. Everything looked very appetizing and was very nice! And it tasted good too. The Shoarma spice mixture was, of course, very prominent and almost all of it was overdue. Only not the somewhat strange taste of the champignons I couldn't quite classify. Maybe the combination of spice and mushroom tolerated. The mushrooms tasted very strangely unshakable not bad, but also not delicious. In addition, for my terms, everything is relatively fat. Maybe for this reason I only managed half of the portion and instead prefer to remove the pommes and the salad because I thought to take the rest of the Shoarmas home. The garlic sauce was okay. All right, but not a really special pleasure experience. Nevertheless, I would prefer this Shoarma to all Dutch croquettes and frikadellen! Also disappointing was the somewhat impure impression in the guest room, intensified by the low light incidence and the rather unpleasant toilet area a floor deeper, where even isolated light bulbs had failed, so that it was even darker here. Conclusion: an experience of everything! But for my terms, the new visit here could have been waiting for something. On the other hand, now we have also fed here and watch what else there is in the world : . The consumed as it stood on the map: boiled tomato soup with cream 3,50 € Shoarma 'spezial' chicken meat with fried champions and onions with homemade garlic sauce 11,50 € Mineral water 0.25 l 1,80 € Wheat beer 0.520 €"

"You are welcome: The slogan of the historic Residenzhotel am Schloss in Bad Arolsen! On the way, the view of the castle, which is not part of the hotel, received me in full glory. The Welcome Hotel with its buildings on the right and direct parking around the hotel. The location is quiet, street noise is not possible here. Friendly welcome at the hotel, everything as expected, but: I review the restaurant here, not the rooms and the wellness area! We had a table reserved for the evening. Not the well visited buffet of the evening, but á la carte. The card was simply too tempting!!! Service: We were served very friendly in the evening. Three ladies took care of the pleasant service. It was very well received our desire not to use the courses too quickly. Always the demand we want the timing. In terms of kitchen performance, the service team could not prevail. Drinks Food: The courts of the established card are really tempting. But again: We ordered 1 bottle of water, Apollinaris, 0.7 l to € 5,10 1 non-alcoholic Hugo with € 5,00, as the alcoholic Hugo 1 Aperol Sprizz was calculated to € 5,00. Then the native Düsseldorfer PetraIO Frankenheim Alt vom Fass discovered! ****, he was drunk! You with the old (in the new fashion 0.3 l instead of 0.2 l shape to € 2,90! PERIODE: As a kitchen sauce served a fine and juicy kiss salad with beautiful black cuminar and some fresh cheese with bread. As an advance: wild herbal salad with fried tempeh stiff and raspberry walnut dressing at € 9.70. Seasonal leaf salads with fried shrimps at € 13,00 The salads beautifully fresh and colorful mixed, fine light dressing. The Tempeh stripes in beautiful appetizer part, marinated on request in a BIO Shoyu soy sauce, were great in taste but: cold! Likewise the NUR 3 shrimps of the second starter salad. At the request of the operation, I disturbed the cold of the tempeh and the shrimp. Well, a salad cannot be placed under the heat bridge or served on preheated plates. It just has to go fast, but it wasn't. We looked optimistic against the most important foods: Tagliarini with fried salmon and huge tiles, Passe Pierre Algen and lobster foam at €19.70. The dish was served nicely. The salmon in a good part was praised as Ikarimilachs. I don't suppose it was fresh fish. He was just saved from drying, for the short time before eating, on the plate. Two shrimps (Riesen????? Where? The algae (known as source, sea-saving gel or salicylcone) were present in homeopathic dose on the plate. And I love this nutrient and mineral supplement with the many names so much. The lobster foam thirsty and definitely no foam. The court is unfortunately again only lukewarm and extremely weak in the wort. 2nd main dish: Fried rainbow trout fillet in a light tomato capers Vinaigrette, baby leaf spinach and small potatoes at € 16.40 knew more tasteful to convince. The leaf spinach, rather a lukewarm salad than a vegetables, crunchy and wonderfully seasoned. The trout kicked. Unfortunately: Again rather cold than warm! After the announcement of the service after the starter, I would have expected more here. Actually, we finally wanted to enjoy a semi-liquid throttle. Angepriesen with blackberry and splinneis unfortunately followed the fall of the evening. We shared a part, little space in the stomach (you remember the big weapon in the afternoon at Princess Emma: .The blackberry compote consisted of 6 blackberries with some juice and the sprinkle ice cream could be called Stracciatella... Give the child a big name saves nothing and € 7.60 was not worth this finished product. A crowning conclusion looks different. For dinner there were two good Rieslings, in the 0,25l carafe at 5,50 each. Ambience Cleanliness: Gastronomy is divided into several cozy and beautifully furnished rooms in the historic building. The acoustics are true, even if you are high-performance, you can speak quietly and comfortably. The tables are beautifully covered. Tablecloths, fabric napkins, fresh Gerbera flowers, salt and pepper mill. It's all thought out. Toilets maintained and clean. Conclusion: Bring the food hot, more refined and not on the table with excessive conditions and prices, then it fits! With a toe of almost 100, you can expect this for the evening. 3 – if it results again (but the competition at the place does not sleep! (1 – certainly not again, 2 – hardly again, 3 – if it results again, 4 – happy again, 5 – definitely again on a kitchen trip ."

"... the much praised carving variants, we have already met better with competitors. For us good average, because our carvings were not, as promised in the advertisement, “freshly prepared”. They were also served too quickly, and you can also taste whether the carvings were fried or not. This is also the only criticism of us, as the also ordered wild goulash, has tasted us very, very tasty (see photo). Suitable for the food, the brewed Arolser beers and very tasty for us was the tasty “Alt Waldecker Dark”. All in all, a culinary delight in atmospheric atmosphere. We would like to emphasize in particular that very friendly and customer-oriented service team we had met on two different days. We also liked the fact that the entire historical building, which is located in the Baroque old town of Bad Arolsen, is just a few minutes' walk from the residence castle. In addition, one should know that this building is part of the oldest brewery of Hesse. The beginnings go back deep into the Middle Ages when the “Closed Aroldress” was in place of today’s city “Bad Arolsen”. Those who love the rustic German cuisine in an exceptional ambience are well-received in the “Brauhaus-Hotel with its restaurant “Zum Hofbrauhaus” in Bad Arolsen. This is also worth a small way around. Our tip: Definitely ask for the daily offers."

"The final Sunday of 32. Arolser Barock Festival enticed us back to this beautiful town. However, we were there too early for the events. Although we could admire dozens of Porsches waiting for a long snake in front of the castle to the entrance for the Porsche meeting, there was not much going on on the flanier mile. It's not gonna start right until 13:00. In short, we made a short hike to the fish house, which we had already set on our plan during our last visit to Arolsen. Starting from the brewhouse, a beautiful path that is lined at the beginning of pyramidal oaks leads to the beautiful path to the fish house through a beech forest down to the fish ponds and the former residence of the Hoffischer and pond master. 20 to 30 minutes took the way. Bad estimating because we have often stopped and enjoyed the landscape. There arrived, although just 11:30 a.m., some guests were already sitting in the large beer garden, which was mostly also shadowed by God. The service welcomed us kindly and quickly supplied us with menus and inquired about the beverage request. If it's fishhouse, I wanted to eat fish too! My sweetheart left it once again at a sweetheart. Not that she falls away from me! The first and only! Ernüchterung came when I wanted to select one of the three regular soups on the map tomato, broccoli and forest mushroom soup. They didn't! There was only the soup from the asparagus card, so asparagus cream soup. When the other soups were there, I asked? Otherwise, only Sunday not, was the answer. Very strange. So I dispensed with the soup while my loved one ordered the asparagus cream soup. I thought I could eat a little bit later on on the bottle. So: I ordered Zanderfilet, I was pleased that there were roast potatoes to choose from and chose the lemons butter sauce from the three sauces offered. The menu offers 11 different types of fish, also in various preparations. But I was surprised that there were also more than 20 !! various variations of pig carvings quoted menu: All pork carvings are freshly panned and the map offers more, even for vegetarians. Well, we had made our choice. To my zander fillet there was still salad from the buffet, and then I got it right away. Apart from the fact that the salad buffet looked very appetizing and fresh, the view of the guest room surprised me! This was GUT's view of the pictures! Great ambience but we wanted to sit outside and the ambience there was no less good! We bridged the waiting time with the whistle of the diverse bird voices here in the forest. The asparagus cream soup was ok, had fresh asparagus pieces as content, but tasted less intense than expected after asparagus. My Zander was just good! The lemon butter sauce offered in an extra terrine would have been enough for 5 plates. And the roast potatoes not only looked good, they also tasted like that! So this is a big hit again! Thanks for that! Finally, we were asked if we would still accept a snoop at the expense of the house! Ui, there is? This question has certainly not been asked to us for several months! And so there was still a plum of schnapps to strengthen the way back. The fact that the sauce for the fish had been specially calculated is not a matter of cost to me when writing! That was not so obvious, and it had sounded like it would belong to it. If I had known this, I would have filled up the rest of the terrines and taken home. If you don't like to run, you can drive. There is also a fixed access and parking to enjoy. And now we're going to eat Dutch and sweets : The consumed as it is in the menu: asparagus cream soup 4.50 € Zander with roast potatoes and salad buffet 17.50 € Fish sauce: lemon butter sauce 2.50 € Bitter Lemon 0.25 l 2.50 € Wheat beer 0.5 l 3.70 €"
