"At first glance, the outdoor area is a bar and lounge bar with a beautiful outdoor area, which stands out in terraces. Only at second glance is the restaurant with high-quality, often regional ingredients and ambitious cuisine. The rooms once housed the information pavilion of the city of Böblingen and have been successfully redesigned and redesigned for several years and creatively furnished (a mixture of different styles, plus a spacious, coolly lit bar). The location is unique, between the two Böbling lakes and just a few steps from the Congress Hall and the Post Square. The train station is within a 10-minute walk, can be parked on the park decks of the Congress Hall or the nearby Landratsamt. I was there a few days ago. The two courses were discussed and prepared exclusively: delicious appetizers with aromatic Bulgarian sheep cheese, Dalmatian olive oil, very fine ham, sharp peperoni and spicy Grana Padano cheese, with fresh bread with sesame. As the main course Pasta with Hofgutchampignons (from the nearby masonry) and fine cream sauce, seasoned with Mediterranean herbs. The food supply is constantly changing and oriented towards the current season and the offer of the close producers. Spacious, heavy dishes. Large drinks, numerous cocktails and drinks are freshly mixed. Very competent service: very fast in place, patient, knowledge, attentive. Questions about food and drinks are answered in detail. The audience is mostly young, you like to stand on the terrace with the beer bottle. Loud music, sometimes live performances and events. I want more visitors in the excellent kitchen."

"After my recently quite positive experience with a surprisingly quiet café in the otherwise violent Sindelfinger shopping temple Breuningerland, I now run a bit more openly through the Böblinger quarter of Mercaden. Previously, my visit to the rather unsightly clinker building opposite the Böblinger Station was limited to the essential. Get in and out. But the Mercaden has 15 gastronomic plants, distributed on 3 floors. The advantage: just a few steps from the train station, from the bus station, from the medical center Medicum, from the post office and the pedestrian street Bahnhofstrasse, all the paths are inevitably passing here. Although the Simitci Café is not as random as it is located on the upper floor, it is directly at the escalators. A generous, well-lit counter with baked goods protects the somewhat darker café from transit traffic. Being wonderful is quite a lot of leaf pastries and filter pastries, apparently all very hearty. Börek and Sesamkringel are known. Everything else looks very appetizing at least visually. I remember the café was always very well visited. When I come at this time – one day before three kings and at 2 a.m. in the afternoon – it is human. Although there are still holidays. These effects can be attributed to the current restrictions of a gastronomy visit. I'll hold back. The guest room is simple but harmoniously furnished: with fours made of bright wood and chairs with dark, comfortable shell seats. The richly illustrated menu offers a variety of breakfast options, all very hearty, with many small components arranged on individual dishes. At first glance, I discover arrangements such as “land breakfast for 3 people” (39.90 euros or “Agaic land breakfast for 2 people” (23.90 euros), with many olives, sheep cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, beans, inlaid and sauces, pastries in every form. Huge quantities, colorful, best suited for friends and families. In addition, homemade daily soups, omelet, toast and packs with supplements are offered. There are also a variety of lunch menus: from Tortellini to Hamburger to Zürcher Geschnetzeltem and Frikadellen in the Sesamringnest. All a bit multikulti and crossover. Most of the time, however, to close the photos, would satisfy my taste. Is the kitchen occupied right now? After a long time I decided to use the take-away offer. The service lady looks routine, versed, cool, maybe also a bit boring (in view of the missing guest appearance? . There is nothing to say about small coffee (2.50 euros), but nothing to say. For this, I take 1x Kolbörek (3,00 Euro), a double strip of leaf dough, very spicy and filled with spinach (and possibly also minced meat). Saturates immensely and also meets my taste. You can pay cash or card – and the entrance itself can be taken by a small printer. The contact can thus be limited to a minimum. If you use the elevators of the house, you can also reach the Simitci Café on the upper floor barrier-free. Only Manko: the central toilet system of the house is paid for, of course also well maintained and very neat. A huge multi-storey, also paid parking is one of Mercadians. A shopping or gastronomy visit favors the parking fee. Especially the varied breakfast offers of the Simitci Café make me good. But who knows when the conditions for a visit become more moderate? I use the take-away offer again, because the costs in the counter are simply too appetizing."

Kaffee Und Kuchen, Spezialitäten, Mittagessen, Frühstück, Snacks

"This is already a strange phenomenon: all places – on urban waste roads, on former Brachland, in newly designed village amidst – are cleverly arranged branches of bakery café conglomerates from the ground. Where it was obviously not necessary, the cosy places are now filled with young mothers who spend the morning while drinking coffee, or with hungry pensioners on the lunch table or with all car fees from craftsmen on the assembly tour. Many have not survived in the great passage of Dagersheim. Raisch, a family company based in Calw, is currently very strong and is successfully defending its territory against the likewise very inspiring Platzhirsche Sehne and Wanner. Nevertheless, I am surprised to find a new location in Raisch on the Dagersheimer Hauptstrasse. Where the local post was located earlier, a new building complex with bank, pharmacy, doctor, Raisch branch etc. pp. There are many free parking spaces available – especially important at this point. On the way back from a rural appointment, in the late morning I am in a **** tiredness. Time for a coffee break. At Raisch it attracts as a current offer: every hot drink, as you choose 1.85 euros. I choose a large coffee that can be consumed in a large cup, a cardboard cup or a Recup cup. At the self-service switch there is a flashy cleanliness and I am friendly. At 11:30 a.m., the “Muntermacher buffet” is 7.90 euros, without drinks and offers a very tasty looking potpourri of various baked goods, jam, ham and salami, salmon and cheese, agitator, fruit salad and yogurt, green. Everything very attractively presented and optimally illuminated. There are two daily changing lunches for 6,90 Euro/ 7,90 Euro. I decided to test today's offer: Cordon Bleu pork, roasted potatoes and small mixed salad for 7.90 euros. The self-service counter is upgraded at the point half 12. The portions are lush and impressive. The Cordon Bleu covered with plentiful panade, the roast potatoes well browned and not too fat, on the salad buffet you can use well eight different salads yourself. All in all attractive mainstream for hungry maize, but no culinary revelation also does not have to, for this price and the possible limited possibilities of the kitchen. A look at the weekly schedule shows more pleasing arrangements for the above reasonable price: beef and veal, filled pork yard, noodle dish with mushrooms and vegetables, herbs with peasant sausage, salmon fillet in white wine sauce. Everything with an extra salad. Almost forget the original offer of pastries, cakes and cakes. Matthias Raisch can even call himself “Brot-Sommelier”. Whatever that is. “What kind of bread would you recommend to this fresh cheese?” The service is of open kindness, but sometimes there is something unfortunate and plumbery. As I learn, the locality was only opened in July – perhaps there is still a time of incorporation... The ambience resembles a huge, chic dining room with hip furniture and first-class lighting. There is probably a lot of money and an ambitious interior designer behind it. The toilets are also very appealing and well maintained. The clientele forms the entire range of random customers to local regular customers and duz friends. As you used to meet in the village fountain or in the church, sit here in the cappuccino. Become an interesting sociological study."

Vegetarier, Eiscreme, Salate, Käse, Eis

"Today I was on my way all day, had no breakfast in the stomach and needed some fresh, vitamin-containing, vegetarian in the stomach at noon. The Evergreen has been in the basement of the mall Böblinger Mercaden for several months. The poppy presentation and the relatively quiet location convinced me far from the hectic of the upper floors. The Evergreen is almost a two-person show, with an annoying young type with nerd glasses very friendly and customer-oriented picking and output of orders, along with the toaster and juicer, cashing – and fully concentrated. In addition, a slightly calmer second force, which mainly composes the salads in fresh seconds (the individual components are visually very beautiful and appealing in cups and each part is arranged in a large metal salad bowl and is stuffed with dressing and only then filled into a porcelain bowl for the serration. By the way, the salads are available in two sizes, the smaller part being completely sufficient for me. The food supply is extremely fresh and everything is made in front of the customer's eyes, grilled, pressed or somehow pimped. I was dizzy when I watched the Evergreens. The offer is aimed at a young, health-conscious audience. Vegetarians and vegans will have their true joy here. There are different salads, 5-6 different packs (small!, which are still extra roasted, a "potato box" (cooked and enriched by a pressure-pressed potato with delicious vegetables, an impressive large selection of freshly prepared juices and smoothies, alcohol-free cold drinks, ice cream etc. Either get the wish immediately handed out or you are asked to take a seat first. Sometimes you get the ordered dishes and drinks served at the table, some are called and you need to pick them up yourself. At the end, the dishes should be put on themselves again, but at the side table there was a lot of storm. Generally, orders, cash registers, food output and dishes are not clearly separated and defined. I still think it is worth improving. At noon there was a huge crowd, 15 people waited in the snake – but the order was always fast. The seating area is modern and practical and offers space for 30 people. My naval salad bowl had a nice design, but could hardly capture the luxury of the ingredients so that the ingredients immediately swell and fell. My Falafel Veggie salad small (5.45 euros was well saturating, but nicely light. It consisted of something to bulky leaf salad, beautiful much crowned croutons, very aromatic cheese in fine slices, carrot pens, a slightly tared small bread slice and 5 heated falafel with Prima Cumin aroma. I had to be careful that the creamy dressing didn't run over my pants suit. Next time, I would like to ask you to use something less. Everything tasted deliciously fresh and healthy and not burdensome at all. I had to drink the cola from the bottle. Many got their food in cardboard boxes and drinks in disposable cups; that looks too much for quick food and take away. In fact, many employees and officials and students come by and take their meals. In the seating area, families and leisure shopping customers are more likely to sit. But I also saw many potential guests who soon returned to the face of the long queue. The evergreen has long opening hours (10 to 20 o'clock, so I will surely come by the afternoon or the early evening. A clear minus is a missing toilet so you have to take the mercades yourself. They are located on the top of the third floor and are also chargeable for three times (70 cents). The very central location opposite the railway station and the bus stop at the lower end of the railway station. The staff was very motivated and very stress-resistant today. Only cleanliness at the tables left something to be desired."
