"the expectations of this restaurant are not met. you cannot recommend it as an example of Mediterranean cuisine. tickets were good and well prepared, except for salad (lettuce). We asked for a hot rice with bogavante and presented it to us in an effortless fume. We also ask for seafood and boa rice. the noodle had not gone through the direct fire (the paellera had a clean ass), but they did it directly in the oven and point. rice didn't know anything and it was difficult, because they had it precooked and they wouldn't let it cook to absorb the flavor of the pure sofrito with which they do. suggestion: I think Mr. Andreu knows how rice is done, they need time and more elaboration. So they charge, they can't be tricked. the good kitchen is made to wait and as the cronometra the rice came out in less than 15 minutes."
