"The ice shop is in a great location and the ice tasted delicious. However, the owner made a very inappropriate comment towards an Asian customer who was behind me in line. The lady tried to drink from her ice cone outside the store, but the owner yelled at her to leave, claiming her ice was dirty and full of chemicals. I found the owner's behavior towards the customer waiting to buy from the store to be very disappointing."
