"The food is good, but the customer service could use some improvement. I ordered through Uber, and a large soup usually comes with 8 to 10 wontons. However, when I received my order, there were only two pieces of wonton in the broth, which wasn't enough for three people. When I called, they assured me they would make it right. I placed another order through Uber and reached out again, but they basically said Uber wasn’t working and refused to honor what I was owed."

"To all New Yorkers and visitors, I must warn you that Hooters of Fresh Meadows is a terrible experience. If the managers Aaron, Tommy, and Carlos are not present to oversee your food, I suggest avoiding this place altogether. While there are a few good bartenders and servers like Chrissy and Shaquae, the majority of the waitresses here are simply awful. If you are unlucky enough to be served by Rae-Anna, I highly recommend leaving and trying Applebees, Qdoba, or Boston Market instead. Rae-Anna is undoubtedly the worst waitress in the establishment, consistently forgetting orders and serving incorrect dishes. During my visit, I ordered Habanero wings but was given cold, dampened shrimp instead. My husband ordered Burger sliders and was mistakenly served a plate of cold crab legs. It's a chaotic scene at Hooters, with waitresses in skimpy outfits and questionable attitudes. Furthermore, the kitchen staff is constantly bickering and causing disruptions. In short, this place is a mess and the only way to receive decent service is if the restaurant is nearly empty. The general manager appears indifferent to the chaos, with employees frequently quitting their jobs. The former manager, Paula, may have had her faults, but she was much more effective in handling problematic employees like Rae-Anna. This waitress should be dismissed immediately, especially given her apparent disregard for basic hygiene practices. In all honesty, this establishment leaves much to be desired."
