"On April 27, 2022, around 8 PM, I had the pleasure of being served by a Black male employee at the front counter and dining area. There was a mix-up with my order, but he handled it promptly and efficiently. He took the time to check if the food was satisfactory. He was always on the move—refilling drink lids, restocking condiments, taking orders, and delivering food directly to customers' tables. His dedication to providing excellent customer service was evident, and he clearly works very hard."
