"Very pleasant experience. Everything prepared fresh and the seven course Tea seating was quite filling. Small portions but was very satisfied with all the food provided. 100 tea types to select from. Once you choose you get an individual kettle of 3 to 4 cups. Quiet and great for catch up conversation. Staff was very pleasant. Truly focused on the diners satisfaction. A+"

"Beware of this place. The staff at the counter misled my elderly mother into paying twice. They charged her credit card, said the payment didn’t go through, and then pressured her to pay in cash, which she did. Later, she discovered the card was charged after all. When she went back to ask for a refund, management gave her the runaround and made no sincere effort to fix the problem. They had several chances to resolve it but chose not to. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant."
