"Lunch on the terrace, with this request we ask for a free table. Unfortunately everyone was occupied. A table inside was offered to us. Okay, with the condition as soon as a table is released on the terrace, we get it. After a short time, a table was released, because we saw the guests go. We'll ask if we can sit on this table soon. The workers said that the food is ready to stay now because the table on the terrace is not ready! Our wish was ignored! We asked again, another service employee said that this is not going anyway!.... We ask the boss, Mr. Beck, to explain the situation and our desire. He said: The table is provided!? with an arrogance! We explained to Him: But no one has told us that. This situation/communication is not customer-friendly.
