"I'm sorry we were fooled. They gave us a gift voucher for a superior room and spa a year and a month ago. We asked 12 months ago at reception if it expired and they told us no. Our surprise and disappointment has been capital when we now wanted to exchange it and the only response has been that they are sorry but it is no longer valid.
