"I have never experienced a margarita pizza without tomatoes, burnt basil, and sesame seeds??? It was also overcooked! The Italian calzone had just one slice of ham, pepperoni, and a type of spicy meat, overwhelmed by an excessive amount of sharp provolone cheese that overshadowed everything except the charred half of the calzone. For $34.00, it was incredibly disappointing. When I questioned the pizza, I was informed that margarita pizza is not traditionally made with diced tomatoes. What really frustrates me is that my food was clearly burnt, yet it was still served to me! Where is the quality control before serving such subpar food to your customers?"

"I visited the restaurant and was disappointed to find it locked 15 minutes early, at 9:45 PM. When I tried to enter, I was told they were closed, even though I had received a call earlier stating they would be open until 10:00 PM. As someone who works in the restaurant industry, I understand how frustrating it can be when customers arrive late, but I’ve never encountered a place that closes early. At that time, they were still offering curbside service, yet the staff seemed to ignore guidelines, as one of the employees approached customers without a mask. This used to be my favorite spot, but the staff still seem unmotivated and quite shy."
