"The grounds of the Maulbronn Monastery are quite large and everything is asleep. Actually, I just wanted to sit and take what refreshes me, no matter where. Since the gastronomy was either too or hopeless in the monastery grounds, the view of the Klostercafé Schlegel, which was well visited, but still had a few free places and is just a few minutes walk from the monastery. You enter and find yourself first in the large sales area where all the delicacies of bakery and confectionery are offered for sale. The right hand comes to the café. In addition to coffee, cakes, cakes and ice cream, there is also a breakfast and snack-like lunch. But we felt the feeling of coffee and ice cream. The milk coffee was good, also the Stracciatella ice cup. The latter moved with 4,80 €uro also within the frame, which is now used for ice cups. The service was easily disoriented and confused, and it was not possible to bring the 4 components of our order (2 drinks, 2 ice cups) to the table at the same time. A final passage to the clean toilet then showed an inner-architectonic gem that could fall under the urban monument protection. In addition, the small dark balls on walls and floor make mistakes on the eyes. Conclusion: Recommended."
