"Today we dined at The Castle Pub, a charming and historic establishment. The pub was clean and well-maintained, but we had some difficulty locating a menu. The service was not unfriendly, but the staff member seemed preoccupied with other patrons at the bar. Our meals arrived, my sandwich was unexpectedly large but lacking in filling. The accompanying chips were underwhelming and seemed to lack flavor. My friend's jacket potato was average, though it seemed to be reheated rather than freshly cooked. Overall, we were disappointed with our dining experience and will likely not be returning."
