"My wife and I had planned a special weekend in the town. We had booked but when we got there their occupancy was full. They were kind enough to refund our deposit, but needless to say we were more than slightly inconvenienced driving into town and at 9pm we had to look elsewhere for a place?! How can they mess up a reservation I have no idea. Needless to say we will never step foot in that hotel again."
