"My family and I dined at this restaurant on a Saturday night. Unfortunately, the food appeared old and overcooked on the steam tables, lacking in flavor. The interior was also stained and poorly maintained. The bathroom was particularly unpleasant. The lack of cars in the parking lot should have been a warning sign. I may consider giving this place another chance in the future, but not any time soon."

"The food was extremely greasy, to the point where my bun was soggy. I requested a sweet tea with light ice at the drive-thru, but the woman working there was rude and gave me unsweetened tea instead. I had to go inside to get my order corrected. This has happened multiple times at this restaurant. I would not recommend it at all."

"I visited this restaurant with high expectations after seeing it ranked first, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. The food was just average, and the prices were a bit high. However, given that it's located in a food court, that might be expected. There are plenty of other dining options in the food court, so I don't think it's worth going out of your way to choose this one."
