"The forest house Luchsenburg, a popular excursion destination in the Oberlausitz, was rated here once. After the change of ownership from family Kinzel to family Mildner, I was not so happy. Meanwhile, the forest house with its wooden log cabins and the newly renovated hotel has also made itself a name as a holiday home. So after a warm stressful day we had no desire to try the local cuisine and the refrigerator, we wanted to visit a shady place in a beer garden. So what was closer to driving to the forest house in the forest a few kilometres away. Beer garden On rustic wooden benches you can take place under large parasols. The interior of the restaurant was generously renovated during the Coronalockdown and equipped with a modern air filter system. Shortly after we had taken place in the beer garden, the boss was at the table and brought the menu. First, the drinks were quickly ordered. So I and the daughter's feast chose a cool radeberger Pilsner for 4,10 € each, my wife chose a Schoppen Grauer Burgunder for 6,00 €, and the daughter wanted a banana nectar for 4,10 €. After 5 minutes the drinks were on the table, and we had already chosen our dishes. Daughters chose their favorite dish, the pork tongue with mixed vegetables and parsley potatoes for €16.50. Her companion and my wife wished the carving of the pork back dressed with mixed vegetables and parsley potatoes for €16.90, and I chose the shepherd steak baked with tomato, onion and shepherd cheese with roast potatoes for €15.20. In addition, as an appetizer it should be two more times the forest soup-a clear broth with meatballs, egg pancake strips and fresh herbs at 5,10 € each and twice the baked sausage meat of calf and chicken with cheese and toast for 5,50 €. After half an hour, the appetizers came to our table. The forest soup was a strong, tasty bouillon with plenty of vegetables and egg stitching. You didn't have to look for the meatballs. The sausage meat was a good mixture of veal and chicken, here was not saved on the more expensive veal meat. On top of a thick layer of gratin cheese-simply delicious. Sausages of calf and chicken Almost an hour after order were our main dishes at the table. For a full house with additional celebration and beginning full beer garden a proper performance of the kitchen. The beef tongues were five thick slices of tongue, butter soft and pleasantly easy to pick. The vegetables clearly frozen and wholesale goods. The slice tomato at best cheap supermarketware. In addition, on the picture badly visible, clearly too much butter, which ultimately made this food quite fat. Boned beef tongue The two carvings were also large and plentiful. Kross and freshly roasted, inside still pleasantly tender. The vegetables here again distinct TK goods, almost boiled to the same. The sauce also seemed to be a mixture of frying juice and maggifix. Well. Pigs from the back of pigs My shepherd steak was from size a normal adult portion and completely sufficient. Steak was almost too dry. The edition of shepherd cheese, onion and tomatoes was then more necessary. The shepherd cheese too salty, so it quickly became too much of the good, the cheap super market tomatoes, however, made the whole significant. Hard, partly still semi-green tomatoes in the tomato season, where the kilo of fresh tomatoes at the gardener around the corner costs just 2 euros, do not belong to such a gastronomy. Hirtensteak Overall, we left nearly 120 euros for 4 people here. Our conclusion. Meat can actually be used in the Luchsenburg, but with the supplements like vegetables and fresh vegetables there is still a lot of air up. Too bad."

"General In 2014, I have already evaluated the bush mill once, here a current update. Mother's Day of May 10, 2015, I have no more parents, so what was closer to surprise the mother of my (wonderful) children with a dinner for Mother's Day. In advance, I have already reserved a table for four people, which once again proved appropriate. After a cozy and extended walk through the surrounding flowering rape fields we reached the restaurant Buschmühle, and my wife made huge eyes when I opened the door to her and invited her and our two girls to the evening bread. Surprise succeeded. When entering the guest room, a stone fell from the heart I had reserved before, because all the tables were occupied. The boss personally greeted us at the entrance and led us to our table, from here took over a young and friendly waitress for the next evening. She brought us the cards and asked if we would like to order the drinks immediately, or if we would like to browse the card in peace. That's how I find it pleasant. After a short waiting period, she appeared again at the table and picked up the beverage order and delivered the drinks ordered in no time. For me as a suffering, the cellar of “Böhmisch Brauhaus” was unfortunately out, so I was asked to choose another variety. Friendly, nice hint. After we had studied the menu extensively, also the two included seasonal menus, my wife and I chose lamb, which was offered on one of the two extra cards. When ordering, the young lady got a high-red head and apologized that the lamb card was actually from Easter. Oh, that's not supposed to happen! After the Faux pass with the lamb, my wife and I chose the Steak Au four with peas, salad dressing and croquets for 11,90€, our little daughter chose the robe with red cabbage and dumplings for 12,50€ and our big daughter chose the beef tongue with potatoes and carrot vegetables for 10,90€. Previously there were Soljanka a ́3,90€ for the children, my wife and I chose the fresh asparagus soup with green asparagus heads for 4,00€. The dishes were served after a pleasant waiting period. The Soljanka hearty in taste with many sausage pieces, acidic cucumber and paprika, the asparagus soup contained very many asparagus pieces, which were not boiled sodaily, very hearty in the bite. Only the consistency of the soup could have been a bit thicker. The main dishes typical German cuisine. The steaks of the “Au Four” were big and “through” fried, with a lot of sausage meat and cheese on top, but the heirs of TK merchandise solid and bite, the croquettes ok. The salad dressing no longer seemed so fresh. On the other hand, the rehroll roast was “first cream”. The lumps and the red herb made themselves. The lumps tenderly and with roasted semmelbrösel, the reddish fried large, cut pieces, solid in the bite, the roe hearty fried. The beef tongue butter soft, the carrots again TK vegetables, the potatoes not necessarily the balancing. Okay, to be honest, the fresh potatoes from the supermarket don't really taste this season. My daughter actually only bothered that the tip of the tongue was also served. That's what it cost. Overall we reacted with food and drinks 88, €. The ambience The ambiance has already been described in detail in my first review. Cleanliness Guest rooms and toilets were fine."
