"In a lonely rural suburb of Rotenburg/Wümme is an ensemble of modern, renovated historic buildings for days, relaxation and enjoyment. Reception and support by the predominantly young team accurately and politely retained. Very attentive and informative nice people! The restaurant was visited during a conference stay 2x for a menu, 1x for breakfast and for a buffet. The offer is regionally fine to rewrite and goes through a confession, cautious cooking to some positive and creative aha experience. Environment / Purity: Very well maintained and original spaces set in scene noble rustic and warm harmonious to feel good. Fabric napkins, flowers and beautiful dishes with loving decoration. Operation: Perfect and where suitable humorous heart. Breakfast (single 9.50€: Good selection and fresh with high quality bakery, cheese and cold cuts as well as a la-minute egg dishes. Everything here and beautiful including fruits, cereals and all kinds of jams. For this price very good. Food: Main dishes are offered for about 14,50 and menus from 18, €. Crispy, high quality baguette was ready. Coffee specialities are served Italian styles with a glass of water. The buffet offers a fresh salad selection with beautiful, homemade dressings. We had rucola foams with roasted salmon large consistency, spicy inlay and well decorated noble. Broccoli cream with roasted almonds classic well made without a mistake. Seelachs in egg on cream leaf spinach with rosemary spices heartyly fine roasted; round and good. Puten Involtini fillet packed with bacon and fried herbs with salt potatoes: pray on a large Mediterranean pansy with magnificent red wine onions. Fresh redfish fillet on pineapple fragrant vegetables with delicious roast potatoes unexpectedly pfeffer and delicious! Salmon fillet with sauce Bernaise, green cabbage(! and supplement selection would never have thought that this combination fits so well; was excellent! Tranches of duck breast with semmelknödeln, vegetables and a winter frustrated red cabbage ingenious! Semi-frozen from the bounty with fresh fruit salad Tuny delicious and better than the chocolate bar! Mousse au Chocolat with warm cinnamon plums best! Griespudding with Red Grütze from fresh berries sweet and really crisp fresh... Conclusion: The sympathetic cook deserves my appreciation for cuisine, taste, freshness and creativity. No component below 4*. My recommendation is the restaurant only opened after reservation / preorder, but it is worth it!"
