"Not sure how this place has a mention in the Michelin guide, but maybe the management or owner has changed since they received the mention? Tried the 6-course tasting menu for lunch, at what seemed like a fair price. Venue was inviting and fancy. The bread was obviously from early morning and no longer fresh, and it was a cheap kind of bread. Worst bread I’ve ever received at a restaurant mentioned in the Michelin guide. The bread is not the most important oart of the meal of course, but it’s a clear indicator of the restaurants overall attitude. The dessert was boring and seemed like something you add just to increase the amount of courses from 5 to 6 dishes so it feels like you’re getting more for the price. The icecream had an icy texture (ice crystallization from refrozen icecream . The first course was served in a deep bowl, but eaten with knife and fork which was really unpractical. Did whoever made the menu not try it himself? Quail egg and potato salad dished consisted of only three ingredients and was not very creative or interesting flavourwise. Furthermore the yolk was bot properly runny(! For the good part. Presentations of dishes were overall nice. The grilled corquette and cod pilpil was not too bad. Can not recommend the tasting menu.
