"Holiday and beautiful weather, spontaneously decided to make a short trip to the Moselle. My husband had such an idea... The destination was the ruin of Grevenburg, located above Traben Trarbach. Steil leads a narrow road to the castle ruin, at the castle ruin there are free parking. The castle was built in 1350 and destroyed in 1734. Today the well maintained castle ruins can be visited free of charge. Gastronomy is located in a beautiful stone house.
