"I order breakfast from this place every weekend, and my experience has been frustrating as my order is wrong 90% of the time. Today, however, was particularly disappointing. When I called the store to address the issue, I was told it wasn't their responsibility because the order had already been delivered. How does that make sense? They send out a messed-up order, yet the delivery person is supposedly at fault? It’s baffling. Do yourself a favor and check out Manhattan Bagel in Edison or the new bagel shop in Woodbridge instead. Ever since Liberty Bagel changed hands, the quality has really declined. The food isn’t great, and the service is lacking. I’ve been a customer since they first opened, but I’m done."
