I've been to One Walnut easily 50 times since they opened. The chef and his wife are some of the friendliest people I have ever met. I have tried a lot of different things on the menu and have never been disappointed. Tonight I ordered the combination platter Pork Egg Foo Yung (with vegetable fried brown rice and egg roll), Szechuan fried dumplings, chicken Teriyaki on a stick. I used a $2 off coupon and spent $25. Everything was so delicious, and the portion size was incredible! I ate exactly half of what I ordered. It was an impressive feast, and I will be feasting again tomorrow night! A must try for lovers of Chinese cuisine.

Nice big cubed pieces of pork veggies and it wasn't Yellow Rice. Generals Chicken was fresh and Crispy, sauce a little sweet and not as spicy as I would have liked it. Pork lo main was fresh also nice large pieces of pork and veggies. Noodles cooked perfectly. Egg rolls were outstanding. Fresh crunchy cabbage inside and not a drop of oil or grease. Soups Wonton Egg drop. HARD PASS!

1 Walnut is our go-to. Very speedy service, reliable, and yummy food. I enjoy their lunch specials. They offer a huge portion that I can actually eat it over two days. Their dumplings are incredible, very flavorful without being heavy. And the dipping sauce to pair is one of the best things they make.

Excellent Chinese food! We are from Staten Island and are used there for exceptional Chinese foods. We were very pleasantly surprised! Food was tasteful and not greasy. We're coming back!

One Walnut is my go to Chinese food place for years. Their steamed dumplings are made properly with thin dough, not thick. Everything is fairly priced, well portioned, and tasty.
