What a fantastic dining experience! Each of us ordered different dishes, and every meal was cooked to perfection. I tried the Veal Parm for the first time and was really pleased with the portion size and the promptness of the service. The red sauce was impressively fresh, which is something I often can't find. We'll definitely be adding this restaurant to our list of favorite spots by the beach!

Wow! My girlfriend and I dined here twice this week while on vacation, and each meal was incredible. The staff were fantastic. The seafood chowder and lobster roll are truly remarkable; I could enjoy either of them for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I highly recommend 12 Ocean Grill to anyone seeking delicious food at reasonable prices. Keep up the excellent work, 12 Ocean Grill!

Pretty solid place all around. Fun to have right on the MA NH border. The people who got clams in our party said they were good, not great , and the waitress briefly forgot to bring out my root beer, but those are the only real complaints. Offering tater tots as a side is quite inventive wish I could give 4.5 stars to not drag down the average, but I can 't quite give 5.

We typically order the lobster roll sandwiches when we visit, and they offer four different sizes, available either hot or cold, which is perfect for us. The prices for both food and drinks are reasonable, and the quality is outstanding. It's truly a lovely place to check out if you haven't been there yet. Food rating: 5/5. This is a decent facility in a typical lively area, best to visit during the slow season. Close to the sea, easy access to the main beaches and a cozy environment. The crowd inside is nice to see a lot on the TVs, the food is delicious and the refreshments are cold. Known for the best deal on a lobster roll.

I had the fish and chips here, and let me tell you, they are hands down the BEST I've ever had! The service was excellent as well! This has definitely become our new go-to place!
