One of the worst experiences when it comes to restaurants. Quantifying: 1. Food is good. Just good.....nothing to write home about. 2. Location is nice. However, this is where the the nice experience stops. 3. If you don't speak Spanish there is almost no communication with the waiters. Some of them don't understand a word of English. Some of them do......the least that could have been done is assign an English speaking waiter to guests who clearly cannot speak Spanish. 4. No wine list available. Waiter sends you to the bar to have a look at what's available ????? . Am I not paying to be served?! 5. When you choose the wine, and carry it, and the wine glasses, to your table, waiter opens it...
excellent price quality ratio. to repeat. you can eat on the terrace at reasonable prices. However in the letter there are two flaws: first it does not say that the prices are iva-free. they offer of dessert cheese with quince and eceiza tiles at a high price and the tiles are not served. When claiming them, they tell us that they are no longer served because they are very expensive. this comment is not of receipt since the price is not in accordance with what is offered. They told us they were going to modify the letter. I hope it's both to remove the tiles and to lower the price. the service does not correspond
After being in San Sebastián for 3 months, and trying many different pintxos, 148 claimed a top 5 spot with their risotto. If you like mushroom risotto drizzled with truffle oil then run to 148, it will not disappoint. The taco and bonita were also magnificent. Mariano is wonderful and really cares about the customers and experience.
the site is well in the center of some of the most emblematic places of donostia. the rations and dishes very good but it's expensive. We enjoy a lot of escalibada and the octopus which we loved as they prepare it. when eating on terrace you charge more. price orientation: octopus ration for 2 28€, sangria cup 6€, white wine 3,5€

10/10. Best meal we had in San Sebastián. The Iberian pork is tender and so delicious. We had mushroom risotto that was the best I’ve ever had. And the grilled King Prawns were amazing- they came with fried salty garlic chips that really added another dimension to the flavor. Lovely.
We usually go on a regular basis because we love the place and its famous merluza cake. special mention to a new waiter who has been very ill. It is becoming more and more difficult to find people so nice and attentive, you always appreciate a smile. ten.
The punks are fine and the deal was good too. The very nice girl has been wrong with a dish bringing us 2 instead of the saladilla, in the end she has brought her without charging her, very happy
very recommended place, very rich food. it treated us of the paulatina and very friendly and helpful.
