I visited 16 Handles at the mall on Monday and was warmly greeted by a guy who offered samples and assistance. I mentioned it was my first time there, and he went above and beyond to help me! He clearly explained how the pricing works, suggested the most popular flavors, and recommended combinations that would pair well with my chosen yogurt. His name is Patrick, and thanks to him, I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I visit the mall!
While visiting a friend, I wanted some vegan ice cream and 16 Handles came up as a great option. I tried the mango and raspberry pomegranate flavors from their menu, and both were incredibly flavorful. The staff was very attentive and offered assistance, making the experience even better.
I came to this mall from NY and was pleasantly surprised to stumble across 16 handles! The 16 handles in Flatbush NY closed ages ago and I wasn’t expecting to see one here.Delicious vegan options, nice servers and places to sit. Definitely going to come again next time I visit Teaneck!
I went yesterday to this location at 9:30pm with family after all the shops in the mall are closed. We ordered ice cream and boba, we set in the shop, the stuff was very nice and kind even at the last half an hour befor to go home! Réservez une table maintenant
They offer a good variety of frozen yogurt and ice cream, though the selection of sugar-free options is limited. However, they do have plenty of toppings to choose from, so if that’s what you’re interested in, it’s worth a visit!
I had the best frozen yogurt at 16 Handles, and it was served by a staff member I believe was named Justin. He was quick with my order and treated me kindly, even though I was having a bad day.
Unlike my previous visit, there were no mixed ingredients this time. It's not a major issue, but it does seem a bit inconsistent.
