I recently visited this restaurant for a quick drink. I was in the mood for a mocktail, but they didn't have them on their menu. However, the kind waitress made me a passion fruit martini without alcohol after some negotiation on the price. The staff was very attentive and provided good service. My friend ordered a pizza, which arrived quickly but seemed a bit dry. He mentioned that it tasted good though. The restaurant has a lovely view of the airport, but sitting by the window with the heaters blasting hot air was uncomfortable for me due to menopausal symptoms. I went to the restaurant last night for my partner's birthday surprise. We rented the boardroom at the back of the restaurant for £100. The service was not good at all. The staff seemed untrained and the overall quality has definitely declined since my previous visits. The food was terrible and I was shocked at how bad it was compared to when the previous chef, Mickey, was there. I complained about the food but nothing was done and the staff didn't seem to care. Our bill came to £900 for 14 people, which was not worth it at all. I regret taking my friends there and if I had known how much the restaurant had declined, I wouldn't have returned. We will not be going back.
Nice enough views (if a very quiet and empty airport is your thing) but truly: the dinner service here is abysmal. It feels as if the majority of the waiters are on work experience and don’t really know what they’re doing nor do they care to figure it out. The food is so-so. Slightly overpriced for what it is. My chicken supreme last night was roast chicken with hasselback potatoes. There was no supreme sauce nor any sauce for that matter. Necessity sometimes requires me to eat here but in all honesty it’s getting so bad I may have to have recourse to Uber Eats.
Nice meal and good service at 1935, but beware if booking using 'The Fork ' link. I cannot be certain, but after making a reservation using the link from 1935 The Fork (French company), I was inundated with French spam and phishing emails written in French. My suspicion is that someone leaked my email address to a third party. I have requested my data be removed, but French spam keeps coming. I have reported to the ICO.

I was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The soft drinks were warm and flat, and despite ordering food, the first course was nowhere to be seen even after waiting for 20 minutes. To make matters worse, tables that arrived after us were served their meals before us. As someone who works in hospitality, I expected better service. In the end, we decided to cancel all our food orders.
Got a dinner here for me and my gf’s anniversary the food was PHENOMENAL however the service felt like it was a chore to serve us not be being picky this is comparing their service to my own at my own restaurant (this could of simply been a bad day for the team or something silly)
Anniversary celebrations ! Thought we would try somewhere different .. Awful experience service well there wasn't any ! .. disinterested staff looked miserable in their work .. standing chatting we had to catch their attention to order every course!! Couldn't wait to leave
